All Pre-IB sophomores MUST have completed and passed General Chemistry to continue in IB as juniors.
Electives
Drawing and Painting can be taken in either 9th or 10th grade, as can any music class (previous music experience is not required for IB Music).

IB Diploma graduates receive two diplomas, one for LHS and one for IB. You must have 15 Practical/Fine Arts Credits (usually 3 courses, one of each and the third is your choice); you must have 12 Physical Education credits, including 2 credits for Personal Survival (junior year) and 3 credits (5 in summer) for swimming.
